It was a media lunch, a house-full, prior to the real pop-up events, which were all sold-out. The chef was the award-winning, out-going, and friendly Dave Pynt. Hailing from Perth, Australia, Chef Pynt of Burnt Ends in Singapore (small, excruciatingly difficult to book) offers modern Australian BBQ. Burnt Ends is a holder of one Michelin star, and ranked #10 on San Pellegrino Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019.
