This is a journal about the day I take a Food-walk in Bangkok Chinatown with Muriel. I still remember the faces of my Japanese friends when they slurped into the spicy, sour, and herbal fragrant soup of tom yum and some other ubiquitous Thai dishes for the first time. I was perhaps in my senior year and thick in excitement for joining a series of cultural-exchange programs at the Bangkok YMCA.
