Most bars in Bangkok now function with good stories and concepts. But here is a bar with good, fun, and legendary stories and an equally great view of the inner Bangkok. Perching on the 56th floor of Waldorf Astoria Bangkok, The Loft serves American cocktails and drinks inspired by the Old Waldorf Astoria Bar Book written by historian Albert Stevens Crockett from the time when the Waldorf Astoria Hotel was just The Waldorf and stood where the Empire State Building stands now on the Fifth Avenue of Manhattan, New York City.
