8 Delicious & Amazing Shaved Ice Thai Desserts

Ice made their first voyage to Siam back in 1857, via ship, in big slabs contained by crates. To preserve the cool temperatures throughout their Singapore - Bangkok route, each slab of frozen water was painstakingly covered with layers of sawdust. Again! Here is my review of the Park Hyatt Hotel Bangkok’s Sunday Brunch with loads of delicious premium foods on the offering. Apart from their luscious spread of starters with highlights being so-so-good lobsters and other chilled seafood (big, fat juicy scallops, for example), cheese + cold cut platters, wonderful always-warmed bread chunks, tasty Thai dishes, beautiful salads, and roast corner, their unique features also include a la minute menu from the kitchen and from the grill that guest can order as much as they like as they should because all are very delicious. Also, save room for desserts - chunky, gooey brownie, a variety of chocolate crunches (you will see which is my favourite), and delicate chocolate mousse!! ⁣ ⁣ I particularly like the idea of made-to-order, a la minute menu for I believe this is an effective way to reduce food waste. I also like my food hot and juicy when served. And they do a good variety of their hot kitchen and the grill too. Such a lovely meal. :D
