ร้านอร่อยปราณบุรี | Where to Eat in Pranburi

(⬇︎ภาษาไทย⬇︎) I supposed you’ll feel like a good spree of tasty local seafood when you are Pranburi – an idyllic seaside town about half an hour drive from the more touristic Hua Hin.  So, yes! here are the top three that we highly recommend. We were there several times and still like them all. Pranburi is still local and away from it all, hence their food still pretty much rustic (which we love), super tasty with fresh ingredients straight from the local fishermen. Sounds perfect, right? So let’s tuck in.  ไปปราณบุรี...

Royal Khmer Cuisine | อาหารชาววังเขมร

(⬇︎ภาษาไทยด้านล่างค่ะ ⬇︎) royal Khmer cuisine that we had tried at Restaurant Le Royal of Raffles Hotel Le Royal proved that Thai cuisine and Khmer cuisine are in fact siblings. Geographically wise, there’s no surprise there, we share the similar region, hence similar ingredients and in fact eating culture. There are a lot of herbs, mixtures of textures and aromas, strong scent of fish sauce, pounded fresh chilies and aromatic steamed jasmine rice. คนไทยมาเที่ยวเขมรมักจะพูดเหมือนกันว่า...
