Made from coconut, rice flour and palm sugar, Kanom Tom is deceptively simple. But ask anyone who is familiar with the ‘better’ version of Kanom Tom from their childhood (me included), you will know that as simple as it is, real good and delicious Kanom Tom is not that easy to find.
